Gamers will be able to use their Wii Remote to bat and bowl their country to success when Ashes Cricket 2009 is released for Wii this August; the integration of the Wii controls is set to take players closer to the action than ever before.


SouthPeak Games have released new screens for two new additions to the growing family of their addicting, fast-paced Roogoo series: Roogoo Twisted Towers for Wii and Roogoo Attack! for Nintendo DS. The latest games provide fun for the entire family as only quick reflexes and thinking can save Planet Roo from the vicious Prince Moo and his wicked Meemoo followers.


Konami has revealed its first plans for digital distribution over the WiiWare platform. Three titles are confirmed already: Gradius Rebirth, DRiiFT MANIA and Contra Rebirth.


Classic gaming fans are in for a treat this week as another Virtual Console Hanabi Festival gets underway, and we launch retro-themed WiiWare and Nintendo DSiWare titles, too!


Bplus, an independent software developer from Austria, will release its retro-title Bit Boy!! on WiiWare in Europe today, 3rd of July. DS-x2.com got the chance to ask the people behind the title a few questions about Bit Boy!! and their upcoming project...

Less than a month to go until we finally get some new friends, as Oxygen Games will launch My Friends on Nintendo DS this 31st July. To celebrate, we've got some pictures of your upcoming friends.


The American division of Namco Bandai today revealed that they've secured their Dragon Ball license for five more years.


Capcom has released a pack of new screenshots on their fighter Tatsunoko VS. Capcom Ultimate All-Stars for Wii.


Even though we're pretty sure the Wii versions of these five new titles from Team6 Game Studios won't look as pretty as these PC renders, we're still happy to share the pretty pictures.

No, it's not another anniversary for Nintendo DS (at least, not as far as we know): it's Majesco announcing Cake Mania 3 for Nintendo DS.


News is reaching us that 70's cult classic is to get the gaming treatment on both the DS and Wii thanks to 505 Games.

We may expect more WWE games for various platforms during the next five years, as JAKKS Pacific and THQ extended their joint venture on the WWE license.

Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon is definately heading for PAL regions, as Rising Star Games has confirmed its plans with the title.


Our friends from Zushi, formerly known as Zoo Digital Publishing, have announced the upcoming release of three jigsaw-titles for Nintendo DS and DSi: Jig-a-Pix.


Today, Reel Fishing Challenge has become available for download through the WiiWare channel. Whether you've got a bad relationship and need a day away from the misses or just like watching a piece of cork dive underwater, you can reel 'em in today.
