NEWS FOR 2008-08-25

TWO NEW REVIEWS

Given it’s a Bank Holiday, here in the UK, we thought we’d go to the races. Not literally, of course, but rather looking at the latest racers on the DS, and here they are...

Race Driver: GRID is the follow up to Codemasters Create and Race from last year and while this was a feature packed title it was not without it’s critics. Hopefully they’ve been addressed in this latest outing and, what’s more, you can also race around the world now. You can see what Andrew thought of it all by reading his review of Race Driver: GRID for the NDS.

Wacky Races: Crash & Dash is not the first time the classic cartoon series has made an appearance on a console or home computer and I first saw a Japanese game some 15 years ago. There’s no doubt that the series itself has all the ingredients to make a great arcade racer but have the developers managed to capture it here? Andrew is, again, the man with the answers with his review of Wacky Races: Crash & Dash for the NDS .
